The categories are consistent across loss types: stock in closed cabinets and back rooms, tools in drawers and rolling chests, spare parts and consumables held in quantity, seasonal property in mechanical and attic spaces, and anything stored in a building nobody put on the original list. A restaurant dish pit and a school district supply room are the same problem in different clothes.
