Comprehensive Claims Handling & Recovery Services
Comprehensive claims handling support for insurance carriers, adjusters and TPAs: inventory, documentation, valuation research and salvage disposition under one reporting process.
Overview
One assignment, not four vendors
US Claims Solutions provides the property side of a commercial claim end to end: the on-site inspection, the item-level inventory, the valuation research behind each line, and the disposition of whatever retains market value. One consultant team, one set of field conventions, one document at the end.
The alternative most carriers know well is engaging an inventory vendor, a valuation researcher and a salvor separately and reconciling three records that were never designed to agree. The reconciliation is the expensive part, and it usually lands on the adjuster. Running the four together also changes the outcome rather than just the admin: salvage identified during the inspection is worth more than salvage identified after ninety days of storage, and valuation research done by the person who photographed the nameplate does not need a second site visit.

What US Claims Solutions does
01
BPP inventory and on-site inspections
Item-level records · Nameplate photography · Condition documentation
Consultants deploy to the loss site and record business personal property item by item: what it is, how many, where it sat, what condition it is in and what identifies it. This is the foundation every other service sits on, because a line without an identification cannot be priced and a line without a location cannot be audited. BPP inventory and on-site inspections.
02
Commercial and large loss consulting
Multi-building scope · Distributed crews · Progress reporting
Losses that run weeks rather than days, across several buildings, with a restoration contractor and several trades already on site. The work is the same; holding it together is not. Scope is agreed building by building before deployment, field conventions are fixed so a distributed crew produces one record, and the carrier hears building-level progress while the work runs. Commercial and large loss consulting.
03
Valuation research
Replacement cost · Like Kind & Quality · Depreciation inputs
Replacement cost is researched against live dealer, distributor and rebuilder markets rather than applied from a catalogue. Where the original model is discontinued, the research establishes a Like Kind & Quality equivalent and records why it is comparable. Both RCV and the inputs needed for ACV are supplied so the adjuster applies the policy rather than reconstructing a number.
04
Salvage recovery and disposition
Market research · Competitive bidding · Removal · Certified destruction
Recoverable property is identified during the inspection, marketed to buyers who deal in that class of goods, awarded on a documented competitive bid and removed on a schedule that fits the site. Where goods must not re-enter the market, disposition runs through certified destruction with documentation instead. Salvage recovery and freight and cargo.
FAQ
Questions about engaging US Claims Solutions
Insurance carriers, independent adjusters and TPAs make up most assignments, along with risk managers at municipalities, school districts and commercial organizations, and cargo insurers and logistics providers on freight losses.
No. Plenty of assignments are an inventory and nothing else. The services are described together because they are run together when the loss calls for it, not because they are sold as a package.
No, and the distinction matters. US Claims Solutions documents and values property at the direction of the carrier, adjuster or insured. It is not a licensed public adjuster or independent adjuster and does not negotiate, adjust or settle claims. That is exactly what lets it work alongside every other party on a loss site without a conflict.
Nationwide, usually within hours of assignment, in all fifty states, dispatched from offices in Plano, Texas and Alpharetta, Georgia. The claims line is answered any hour of any day.
